Registration fees and deadlines

EAA member
To qualify for this reduced fee, participants must be members in good standing by the time of the online registration opening. The status will be checked in the EAA member database.
To all the other members the full registration fee applies.
Retired
To qualify for the retired fee, participants must be over 65. A copy of ID is required.
Students
The applicants have to be able to present a proof of full-time enrolment at an accredited university or college at the time of registration. 
The documents have to be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail, together with the application.

Please make sure that your payment by transfer will be made before August 30th, 2016 so that your registration at the congress is validated before the opening of the congress
